DVS (I think those are the initials) is a sort narration service for movies.
So when all is quiet on screen, the narrator will say something like,
"Dark figure lurks in shadows."

I recommended that he talk to the dude last year at SCaLE who sold the
MythTV appliances. I'd bet that someone like him would have a good
idea of where Rusty might go for some direction.
