You could always do a hosted solution.
I did for a while with Barracuda via OCHosting.com for like $7/domain.
The problem was that worked for certain domains where the users
didn't mind using a web GUI to tag their ham/spam. But when CEOs have
10 different aliases and have 20 domains that they receive mail from,
that solution doesn't work well and they need something that hooks
into their Outlook (e.g. Cloudmark) or on Exchange.
