So I got one of the PepLink 30s and tried to install it on Thursday for a mortgage company that has a T1 through Paetec and biz DSL through DSL Extreme.
I followed these instructions step-by-step http://www.peplink.com/document/howto-bal-dropin.pdf and for a while, it seemed to work (I was hitting websites from the server). Later when people complained about not being on the Internet, I realized that the PepLink box was only letting public LAN addresses (e.g. the 'public LAN' subnet between my router and firewall) get out if the public LAN address was statically NAT'd to an internet 192net address. All of the DHCP'd workstations couldn't for whatever reason http out. I plugged the PIX right back into the router (bypassing the PepLink), and everything magically started working again. Support with them is sketchy. I've filled out several requests, but no one has called me back, and the sales office hasn't answered their phone for days. The HOWTOs online are very sparce. Any suggestions?
