For those who don't know sysreport, it basically grabs all sorts of useful information http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-7.2-Manual/custom-guide/sysreport.html e.g. sysreport (wait a really long time) (enter in your case number) cd /root (where the file is now) tar -xjvf host-case-date.tar.bz2 cd hose-case-date (automatically creates name of folder) less (any of those files)
