I thought that my interview questions actually cared about process
more than stupid details. They didn't care how you asked some of the
questions and were more interested in seeing your process.

For example, rename all html files to htm files in a subdirectory.
That's entirely process.  They also asked a lot of "how to check on
the healfh of system" questions, which I thought were totally fair
game, even though I didn't tend to have very good answers.
