Looks like warez for windows.  Probably some proprietary way to grab,
transport, and use an ISO image.  It looks like it is a CD emulator or
some sort.

These things are usually completely unnecessary on Linux, since you can
use dd to image the CD to an ISO file, and use "mount -t loop" to make
it appear as that CD was back online.
