No, because I don't use Vista.  Similarly to the defunct stand of the 
7up people: "Never had it, never will". To find out why, read below.

To me it's about who owns my machine, me, or Microsoft.  They've hidden 
stuff somewhere that prohibits the machine from allowing a program to 
run unless Microsoft specifically thought of allowing it?

To me that's a class-action suit waiting to happen, and it's probably 
good for Microsoft that I'm not an attorney.
