http://www.openrbl.org has a pretty good list. You can drop BLARS off the list (or whatever it's called) because it's pretty much at the whim of the operator who or what he puts on it. There are two on there that have my employer listed simply because we use Savvis (bought C&W which bought Exodus, our original colo service provider).
