Rebuild index with "venti/buildindex venti.conf"

Yes. Prior to rebuilding your index, create new isect file(s) or
partitions, add them to your venti.conf, format them with, for example:
venti/fmtisect isectXYZ isectXYZ
then rebuild the index.
