why does "upas/nedmail -c fubar3" create /mail/box/quanstro/fubar3/mbox
and not /mail/box/quanstro/fubar3?

        minooka; upas/nedmail -c fubar3
        creating new mbox: /mail/box/quanstro/fubar3/mbox
