Hi,
how do I publish complete bibliographies w/ refer | troff?
(on loonix I use this:
/usr/bin/refer  -B bib |  nroff -mbib
but with refer and tmac.bib from heirloom-doctools: the -B option is essential
(beat me for still using loonix))
