There are still some (hopefully minor) issues, but I have fully implemented all that is needed to use jtag. I can now freeze a plug on demand, make it dump registers or memory and continue executing.
I'll finish cleaning up and start with the filesystem. For the adventurous there is a tar in my contrib... G.
