remember that the bigger the cache, the more cache buckets you need,
and the more ram they will take up.  you can get into a situation where
most io is swapping cache buckets around, so a relatively small cache
is recommended.  (this is the same for cwfs and ken's file system.)
i'd recommend the relation 5gb of cache per gb of memory in the
fs block (memory) cache, but this isn't a scientific calcuation.
