I did some work on linuxemu last year, trying to extend it to work with the current linux kernel API. I am happy to share this if you want it. I have diverged from cinap's origional a little but for what are (I feel) good reasons.
As far as I know it emulates only X86 32bit linux on exactly that platform, I suspose it might work on a 64bit plan9 platform with some work, but I am unsure - cinap will know more. -Steve
