On the other hand, plan9.io is run by Sevki Hasirci. It has been set up in January 2016, using 9p.io as a basis, to serve as a fallback mirror.
However, plan9.io is not as complete as 9p.io and doesn't include services such as FTP, 9P or wikifs. I don't know about the other mirrors. -- David du Colombier
