Concerning practical details about the event, first some questions:
1) Eventbrite gives the address as 292 rue Saint-Martin, while the
IWP9 page states: 2 rue conté. I gather that the exact address is
indeed the building 2 rue conté?
2) Could someone give (privately to attendees) a phone number, so that
in case of any problem, one can at the minimum without much delay
inform the organizers? (I made a speech about kerTeX during the
GUTenberg event in december 2024, and the train had more than 40
minutes of delay at the arrival, meaning I joined the event late,
without knowing how to contact immediately to say that I was actually
here but would be late).
Then a tip:
3) For people coming by train, don't expect to find any physical map
about the metro in the station: if you don't have any mean to browse
online resources, you are on for quite a journey...
For myself, I come by train (TGV) and if, for once, it arrives as
scheduled, I will only appear on Thursday circa 09:45.
For various reasons, I have been unable to make it for the whole 4
days. I will be present only on Thursday and Friday---plan9 will not
loose a lot from my missing the hackatons, it is more the reverse: I
would have probably learned a lot... But...
