Nice to see this released. It looks to have been a busy one this year! I
especially like the cover art.
There's one big issue with the proceedings, though: they have no working
table of contents! The document itself has no outline tree, and the
links in the table of contents on page 3 all point… to the table of
contents on page 3.
This makes navigating between articles somewhat onerous: you need to
flip back to the contents and manually navigate to the listed page.
There's also a slight problem with duplicate page labels, which means
that if I try to navigate to page 2 in my PDF reader (the page number of
the first article), I get the conference schedule (on another, earlier,
page 2) instead.
How were these proceedings typeset? In the spirit of "patches welcome",
I'd like to have a go at fixing these issues.
