I can confirm that the proceedings are now much more navigable. The page
label aberration is no longer a problem (other than a visual one).

Could you please check that the issues are indeed fixed ?
I have now idea why page doesnot display it, could somebody firt try if
the new version actually displays now, and if not maybe try to coerce an
error message out of your reader ? The PDF displays on all the PDF
readers I've tried on Linux.

There's one big issue with the proceedings, though: they have no working table
of contents! The document itself has no outline tree, and the links in the table
of contents on page 3 all point… to the table of contents on page 3.
This makes navigating between articles somewhat onerous: you need to flip back
to the contents and manually navigate to the listed page.
There's also a slight problem with duplicate page labels, which means that if I
try to navigate to page 2 in my PDF reader (the page number of the first
article), I get the conference schedule (on another, earlier, page 2) instead.
How were these proceedings typeset? In the spirit of "patches welcome", I'd like
to have a go at fixing these issues.
