Hi!
Here in Bologna we have a two-semester course[1] on operating systems lectured by Renzo Davoli[2], quite a big figure in the italian FOSS community.

Hi,

I'm thinking of going on a student exchange trip in the coming years
(either for one semester, or one whole academic year).

I have been interested in operating systems (mostly Unices, more
recently Plan 9) for quite a few years now, and am looking for
universities where there is a focus on operating systems
research/education. Since there are a fair few academia people reading
this mailing list, I'm giving it a shot here.

I'm studying at the Czech Technical University so most universities in
Europe shouldn't be an issue (because of Erasmus+), but please give me
ideas from all over the world as there's a good chance the two unis
have an agreement allowing student exchanges.

Would it be worth it to post this on the 9front list as well?

Thanks a lot,
tom
