file /adm/timezone/local is same as /adm/timezone/US_Michigan

ps -a |grep timesync

it does show a process 'timesync'

should say timesync -rL if you want to
sync against the bios clock.

I tried
  timesync -rL

timesync: '/bin/timesync' file doesn't exist

I did not see it in /sys/src/cmd too.
