I have accepted fact. I didn't manage to update the book since 2001. Therefore, I have just made the draft version become the final one. There's a pdf and other formats at http://plan9.lsub.org/
Those who downloaded it before do not need to download it again, it's the same text. I just removed the funny "draft" comment. I'd be happy to fix any error you find or know about, anyway. hth PS: I'm going to give the manuscript to the university print service, but the web version will always be there.
