i have a machine i'm trying to install fossil-only here, but i can't get as far as booting the fossil-only system post-install. the install goes well but somehow the partition table never gets updated. MBR can't find 9fat and booting from the cd after such an install shows only /dev/sdC0/data and no partitions.
