What I need to start going is: A) a formal date (May 2006 is not concrete enough) B) an estimation of attendance C) list of people who need acommodation or help to get acommodation (on such a short notice, no funding though I may host someone and maybe some others can, I dont know). D) a program. Any voluntaries to give conferences?. So for A) I propose the 10th of March.
