Not sure I understand. I've read about how this scheduler works, it was so simple sounding at the time I've forgotten now :). Are you saying that this was discussed in Computer Science texts 10 years ago and no one implemented it? I'm pretty sure that's par for the course. There's far too much "if it ain't broke..." mentality that people never strive to create things that are just flat out *better*.
