for me it doesn't happen often enough to worry about, but maybe i should. i have a couple of suggestions for the relays. CircuitCellar probably has done a project like this. It might be worth a look. Another cheaper remote relay control i found is "webrelay" at www.controlbyweb.com. its $99. still seems like a lot.
