first version, no auth, only reading, not even seek. (easy to extend, but no time now, and maybe someone likes to play...)
needs tcl 8.5 alfa/beta for 'chan create' support. the main.tcl in the directory gives some idea of how to use it. thanks to tim for his python p9 on which this is based. Axel.
