[9fans] iostate is 2 in blockWrite

Got a load of these this morning from fossil.

I assume that this is due to one of my mirrord
disks failing, but just in case it is somthing else...

        3:406b:0 iostate is 2 in blockWrite
        3:406a:0 iostate is 2 in blockWrite
        3:4069:0 iostate is 2 in blockWrite
        3:4068:0 iostate is 2 in blockWrite
        3:4067:0 iostate is 2 in blockWrite
        3:4066:0 iostate is 2 in blockWrite
