There is a Plan 9 workchop in December in Madrid. Submission is by email to iwp9papers AT lsub.org. Deadline was October 1st. Workshop was on December. Of course, anything related to Plan 9 is just fine. This includes p9p stuff, Inferno stuff, etc.
