[9fans] making live cd or boot floppy

i'm having some trouble building a bootable floppy or cdimage for the
cpu kernel

        ; mk 'CONF=pcflop'
        mk: don't know how to make '/sys/lib/dist/bin/386/bzfs' in directory 
/sys/src/9/pc

there doesn't appear to be anything in this directory on sources.  i'm where 
the template
for mk9660 for the live cd is.

any ideas?
