We've revived our old PCI Avanstars to set up a new
console server, and so had to get a driver working again.
These are 16-port serial-port boards.

I just pushed out a new /sys/src/9/pc/uartaxp.c and mkfile
that will allow you to build kernels with Avanstar support
by adding the line

        uartaxp pci

to a kernel configuration file. The new driver downloads
the necessary firmware (uartaxp.i) when it starts and the
lines just show up as more files under #t.

We're running it in a machine with three Avanstars in it,
though only the first one is being actively used so far,
and only three lines on it so far. Nevertheless, this
allowed us to shake out a few nasty bugs.
