I guess I'm the last person to get the joke. My brother showed me a horrible Ed Wood movie tonight called "Glen or Glenda?" with, yes, Bela in a starring role. Ed Wood plays the hero(ine?) -- a transvestite who has harbored his Deadly Secret from his fiance. Not sure who plays the devil in the dream sequence.
