I understood this was the role of /sys/lib/sysconfig, but I can easily
understand the desire to change.  Jim suggested, however, that PXE
handling wasn't cast in stone and that might have affected the
stability of /cfg/pxe.  I suppose this means we need a bull from Bell
Labs to pin this down for posterity?
