[9fans] /tmp in "ram disk"

How do you create entries in the "ram disk" that plan 9 boots with,
i.e. where in the
pccpu
or whatever would I put an entry such that I get a
/tmp
directory when it comes up?

I'm sure it's obvious but I can't quite find it ...
