i've put vblade, a software AoE target, on sources
in /n/sources/contrib/quanstro/src/vblade. this is a
personal project.

vblade serves a file over AoE. that is, the file
appears on the network as a block device.

i've currently got a small filesystem on my linux
machine mounted on an aoe target hosted
by vblade on my cpu server:

        # df | grep etherd
        /dev/etherd/e1.0 102392 61532 40860 61% /mnt/1.0

vblade isn't intended to be fast or fancy. it has
no buffer cache. it implements no raid types.

i look forward to comments & bug reports.
