"O Inferno compartilha muitas das semelhanças de conceitos de designe do Plan 9" this is part of the text, it is in the beginning of the 2nd paragraph, and 'designe' is a word which comes from 'designar', i doubt it is the correct translation for the word 'design', in which is the word used in the english version. "Inferno shares many of the same design concepts as Plan 9" in portuguese design can mean 'desígnio' or 'projeto', 'desígnio' means 'plano', 'propósito', 'intenção'. i think you could write something like: - "Em vários pontos do sistema Plan 9 e Infeno possuem as mesmas intenções"; - "O Inferno compartilha os memos prósitos do Plan9 em muitos pontos do sistema"; - "No Inferno, vários conceitos batem com o Plan 9'; - "O Inferno compartilha muitos dos propósitos do Plan 9". maybe those constructions aren't right (even thinking they are), but the meaning of 'design' is EVER confusing when translating to portuguese in my opinion, we can understand it, but find a word to put in its place is a hard task for me, it can mean 'propósito', i think in the case of the article at wikipedia you have the sense of 'objetivo', like: - "Inferno shares Many goals with Plan 9 in cases of creation, maintenance, using and making adds to the system".
