inferno also needs to know how to display natively on OSX.
and until the JIT is working in Inferno on OSX, drawterm has
significantly better throughput... text redisplay in drawterm's
rio windows, full screen mode is great in drawterm, etc...
Don't get me wrong, Inferno is quite nice--I'm considering
using it for another project though getting a stable port on
a modified Solaris 10 x86, AIX, and broken RHEL would be a pain
compared w/ other options.
