Mike, I get the same thing everytime I run spybot, except I get five DSO entries. I've tried turning off the system restore and then deleting the DSO's and then rebooting. The next time I run Spybot, I get the same five entries. I use DSOStop and that doesn't help. I know this doesn't help you, but I thought I'd let you know you're not alone.
