Have you tried doing a "Disk Cleanup" in windows to remove temp files?
Then there is always the manual route, but I can't type out the
directions for that right now.

Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Hard drive partition
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Hi,

I have a 120? gig hard drive that I had partitioned when I bought my
PC. Windows XP Pro. It is split with 10G for C and the rest is D.(I
was told that this would make the PC faster as it doesnt have to
scan the entire hard drive) The idea was to have only the operating
system on C drive. Apparently a bad idea. C is filling up very
quickly with windows files, Norton, Temp files and everything else.
Can I un-partition this drive and make the whole thing C again
without causting a major headache or losing anything?
Any other thoughts?
Thanks MikeM
