It looks like piracy worked for Russia, now Microsoft is selling them a copy
of XP for about $39.00 US

Microsoft will release a low-price version of Windows in Russia by the end
of the year, an effort to wean consumers in that country off pirated
software and Linux.

Phyllis, I look on eBay a lot and I know that you can buy a lot of
legitimate software on eBay such as what you bought with the Microsoft
Windows. Microsoft monitors eBay extensively. I know because I am part of a
group that reports possible piracy issues to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Why
should consumers have to pay more for products because of people ripping off

large companies? Unlike some members of this group. perhaps one, I believe
that piracy is wrong.
