I figured it out. I, luckily, had a restore point before I installed sp-2. I went through a very STRENUOUS virus, trojan, bot removal process and after pronouncing my pc clean, I re-installed sp-2 (also sp-3 for OL). I am running like the wind! No probs, faster than ever ... I have sprained my arm, patting myself on the back!

Its what I had to do and it worked for me. Go to the control panel and double click your Add/Remove programs icon. You should see it listed in the window that shows all of your programs installed.
