Uummm..., what does it mean when a message pops up on your screen telling you that your new settings won't take affect until you restart your computer, and I never changed any settings? Is it time, or past time, for me to download one of the free spyware detection programs, and if so, which one is best? I'm running Windows 98 and don't have any high speed type internet connection, just an old fashion 56K phone modem hookup. Thanks, Jon
