I happen to like Norton and have been using it for years. In my opinion Symantec does the best for my machine. I tried McAfee once and I will never use it again. In fact I still have the cd sitting in my junk drawer. You can search online and possibly find a tool to remove the Beagle virus. Use your search engine and you should be able to find some info on it. In the meantime I hope you find your Norton CD. If not you can search online at nextag.com or pricegrabber.com to find a replacement. Best wishes.
