I wouldn't expect your ISP's software to be on the Compaq restore disc. I was thinking maybe it would be.....SBC was offering computers through Compaq. It was a shipped directly from them with SBC info package included in the box. I didn't realize by putting in a new drive, I would be provided that on the restore disc.
