First do you play it back on your computer to make sure it downloaded 
correctly? If it does playback then you have to make sure that the CD player(s) 
you are trying to play it on will play CD-R, CD-RWs. If you are making music 
CD's mp3 you have to make sure the CD player plays mp3s. Hope this helps some.
