This discussion(?) is beginning to sound like the cow patty throwing contests in Mac vs. Win diatribes. Win 98 is anything but obsolete, with a greater usage percentage than XP! Yes, that's still right! As for programs that don't work with a particular OS, there are more of those that don't work in XP. As for scanners, if there's one that works in XP and not in 98, I'd like to know which one that is.
