No system way too strong for Windows 98SE ,I don't thing its webshots looks more like Video problem or OS problem.
But if I can play games like 3D that say to be its not Video problem.. 224 MB RAM,CPU 1.8 GHz,VRAM 32 is very strong for Windows 98SE and should be no problems draging boxes around.
