I did not have the option to d/l to desktop, WUD just updated my system
with one update along with the MSRT so don't know where the hell it d/l
to but I assume nothing is amiss other wise I would be informed by a
Dialogue Box ... but then again it just irks me that I don't know where
it is :-(
So what is the difference between the bulls eye AS icon and the Removal
Tool, I suppose that might be a Bulls horns icon ?

The 'bull's eye' Phyllis is the MS Anti-Spyware icon not the Removal
Tool.
I downloaded the MS MSRT, Numero Seis, to the desktop were I can run
it as required. It will only find and delete what it knows about
though, which isn't much!
