This is done at the hardware level.
For this feature to work you need:
- An ACPI Complaint BIOS that supports all the ACPI power states and
RTC wakeup
- An ATX power supply that supplies sufficient power on the 5V line.

Enter you BIOS setup and go into the Power Management section.
Enable the feature called RTC Wakeup and set a time for it to happen.
