try mircosoft's (yes...the evil empire's version) of spyware software
(microsoft antispyware) and see what happens.

Also, run your antivirus...because some of them will catch spyware
also (AVAST IS THE BEST FREE ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE)

System restore also helps...just try your best not to pay for ANYTHING
(39 a hour...thats nasty)
