This is a known issue with Internet Explorer I discussed here before: .... This happens when a damaged Active-X object is loaded by IE. Open IE > Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files: Settings... > View Objects... Now click View > Details. Find any Damaged or Unknown Objects and delete them. Restart IE.
